VACUUM PUMPS

HERTELL vacuum pumps are eccentric rotor rotary vane pumps used in vacuum tanks.

Both the body of the pump and the hollow and balanced rotor are made of GGG nodular cast iron, which guarantees the perfect compromise between strength and lightness of the pump.

HERTELL B VACUUM PUMP

  • 400-2200 l/min
  • 1000-1450 rpm. Counterclockwise / clockwise rotation. 
  • Optional hydraulic drive

Eccentric rotor mounted rotary vane pump for vacuum systems. Drive at 1,500 r.p.m. Counterclockwise / clockwise (on request). Capable of operating indefinitely if the vacuum level is regulated to 50% (15 ”Hg).

VALVES

HERTELL valves are made of GGG Steel-like and are provided with a brass lollipop and stainless steel stem. They are used in vacuum tankers, umbilical systems and centrifugal chopper pumps, being a reference for the robustness of the assembly and the operational safety, thanks to the optional double-acting hydraulic cylinder.
